For firms and legal teams

Keep client context close to the work.

A coherent place for sensitive matter context, deliberate model choice, and AI-assisted work a professional can inspect before it goes anywhere.

Managed organization deployment and regulated workflows below describe planned capabilities. Account administration and policy authoring are implemented; client delivery, destination approvals, SIEM integration, and matter controls remain in development. Review current availability.

The operating reality

Legal work is context-heavy and review-dependent. A general-purpose chatbot bolted onto a fragmented practice stack does not solve the operating problem: the context lives in files nobody wants uploaded, and the output is only useful if someone can see how it was reached.

Client material and work product

Route sensitive matter context to models you control.

Legal workflows touch client information, contracts, discovery material, privileged communications, and billing records. Glyph evaluates that content on the device before any transmission: a credential, an identifier, or a document type your policy prohibits is caught before a request is made, not revoked afterward. Where a matter should never reach a public provider, policy can route it to a local or private model instead.

  • Client files and matter documents
  • Contracts and deal material
  • Discovery and production sets
  • Privileged communications
  • Billing and engagement records

What Glyph brings to it

Inspection before transmission

Prompts, attachments, tool arguments, and retrieved passages are evaluated locally before a request is made. Nothing is sent first and revoked later.

Approved destinations

Every model and connector is classified local, private, or public. Unapproved public destinations are blocked rather than warned about.

Local models for sensitive matters

Run capable open models on firm hardware so the material a matter turns on never needs a provider at all.

Metadata-only audit

Security events record the classification, decision, actor, and destination — never the prompt, the document, or the matched text.

A practical way to begin

Keep the first workflow narrow enough to evaluate, but real enough to matter.

  1. 01

    Start with the matter

Keep documents, chats, and AI-assisted drafts attached to the matter they belong to rather than scattered across personal histories.

  2. 02

    Work inside a stated boundary

Decide which models are acceptable for which material, and publish it as enforced policy rather than a practice note.

  3. 03

    Keep review in the loop

Treat output as working material a professional inspects and refines. The tool assists the work; it does not sign off on it.

What good looks like

  • Matter context that stays where the firm put it
  • Model choice made by policy, not by whoever opened the app
  • A reviewable record of what was allowed and what was blocked

Availability

Local model workflows are available. Organization administration and policy authoring are implemented in the account control plane. Managed client rollout, destination approvals, SIEM delivery, and regulated workflows remain in development; see the Enterprise availability page.

This page describes product functionality. It is not legal advice, and classifications such as privilege reflect your determination rather than ours.
