# Glyph Private 1.0.0 — pilot server download

This is the approved Linux AMD64 (x86-64) Docker image for a 5–10-user Glyph Private pilot using synthetic or non-sensitive data. It is the server application, not the Glyph Mac desktop installer. A pilot license and deployment configuration are supplied separately during onboarding.

## 1. Verify the archive

File: glyph-private-1.0.0-paid-pilot-linux-amd64.tar.gz

Run in your download directory:

```sh
sha256sum glyph-private-1.0.0-paid-pilot-linux-amd64.tar.gz
```

Expected SHA-256:

```text
60518d78b9a4b8dcb332a8ef20c09cfda25c9d8c2b2a87f34236ffa414fd2840
```

## 2. Load the approved image

On your Linux AMD64 Docker host:

```sh
docker load --input glyph-private-1.0.0-paid-pilot-linux-amd64.tar.gz
docker image inspect glyph-private:paid-pilot-amd64 --format '{{.Id}} {{.Architecture}}'
```

Expected image ID and architecture:

```text
sha256:ce8e017c947128d118b3e2f8a258484c3696cf54fd785289fe5c9a00eeffbc62 amd64
```

Loading the image does not start a configured deployment. Do not substitute an unverified image or expose an unconfigured server to the public internet.

## 3. Arrange deployment and activation

Contact https://www.fortaify.com/contact-sales to agree pilot pricing, named users, use cases, models, and support. Fortaify supplies the matching deployment tooling/configuration guidance, license verification public key, signed license, and the approved Glyph 1.3.5 Apple Silicon desktop plus matching backend.

Your IT team provides:

- One Linux AMD64 server, Docker Engine 24+ and Docker Compose 2.20+.
- PostgreSQL 16, a company hostname, valid HTTPS certificates, and client CA trust where needed.
- An approved Ollama chat model and embedding model. Model weights are not included.
- Server and model hardware, network access controls, backups, and administrator-managed Mac configuration.

Using the supplied deployment tooling, initialize the deployment, run migrations, start Compose, and create your recovery administrator. Install the signed license, configure the organization and models, publish policy, and enroll Mac clients. Complete the onboarding checks with chat, basic text Knowledge Base, policy enforcement, audit, backup/recovery, and restart/reconnection before bringing in pilot users.

## Supported scope

5–10 named users; Apple Silicon macOS clients; one Linux AMD64 server with Docker Compose/PostgreSQL; verified Ollama chat and embeddings; basic text Knowledge Base; organization administration; signed policies; audit; licensing.

Mobile/Windows enterprise, HA, formal SLA, broad connectors, Agents/MCP, large-scale deployments and regulatory/compliance guarantees are not included. Use synthetic or non-sensitive data only.
