Glyph 1.1.8: Bring your coding-agent history into Glyph

If you already work with Claude Code, Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Codex, that history no longer has to live somewhere else. Glyph reads the session files those tools already keep on your computer — nothing is uploaded, and the originals are never modified — and files them into projects by the folder they ran in. Claude Code and Codex sessions are grouped by the folder they ran in: each folder becomes a Glyph project holding its own conversations. Claude Cowork sessions land in your regular chat history. Sync as often as you like — only new or changed sessions are imported, and re importing updates a conversation in place instead of duplicating it. First run setup offers the same import, so a new install starts with your work already in it. Fixes Image generation works again in the installed app. Several pieces the image pipeline needs were missing or misreported in the packaged backend, so it silently disabled itself on every install. Show in Finder now works from every project, instead of failing silently for all but one path. Finished agent runs on the Issues board no longer show Edit and Delete buttons that could not do anything. Running a scheduled task now shows a spinner and reports the run once it is recorded, instead of looking like nothing happened. Employee cards show a clear status light instead of a status label clipped to a single letter, and the create/edit dialog now fits the window instead of sliding under the header. Saved credentials use the macOS Keychain directly, so the installed app stops logging credential store errors. Differential updates work again: the update files needed for them were missing from the 1.1.7 release, forcing every update to download in full. Glyph 1.1.8 is available from fortaify.com, and installed copies update themselves.
