Glyph 1.1.5: Personas become Agents, and Agents form Squads
Personas are now Agents, with a redesigned list and detail workspace, live activity, and the ability to be assigned real work. Several Agents can be grouped into a Squad with a lead that coordinates across the members, and both can be handed project issues to work through. Agents & Squads Personas are now Agents: manage project scoped AI employees from a redesigned list and detail workspace, see their live activity, and enable or pause their work. Create collaborative squads with a lead agent that coordinates work across additional members. Fixed squad creation reporting “leader agent not found” by keeping Personas, Employees, and Squads on one canonical user data store; stale squads now ask for a replacement leader. Mention project agents with @ in regular chat to ask about their documents, knowledge, conversations, and completed work. Explore an agent's connected documents, chats, tasks, and issues in the new graph view, with source details available directly from each node. Projects & Automation Assign project issues to an agent or squad and track the assignee's progress as the work runs. Scheduled tasks now have a redesigned template first setup and a full schedule editor within Projects. Models, Setup & Reliability Refined model downloads, remote model controls, image model selection, and the first run setup experience. Improved local engine detection, harness installation, GPU support, tool permissions, and error reporting across agent workflows.
